During the uncertainty of COVID-19 Emily from the Fraser Health team reached out wanting to find a way to distribute their webinar content to the rest of the team. As everyone shifted to digital, Emily needed help with the production. Using my livestream and production experience I produced a total of six episodes that were uploaded and distributed to the rest of the department, allowing them to view the content post-event.

After a successful first project I continued to work with the Fraser Health team, this time for a online training video for the Diversity Services department. I collaborated with two other stakeholders in the project, with my focus being on the production of the video. While ensuring that the project's goals were being met, we successfully made a training video that is now used for a specific module that Diversity Services offers.

Upon finishing a 10-week product management course I was able to apply fundamentals of product development towards my final presentation. This included but not limited to; user stories, MVP, personas, wireframing, success metrics and go-to-market strategies.
